Return & Exchange Policy – AutozSpark

1.1 Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Standard Delivery Charges (Nationwide): PKR 250*
  • Order Processing: Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 5 working days within Pakistan. For oversized parcels (above 4 kg volumetric weight), delivery may extend to 7 working days.
  • Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed via a call from our team at +92 302 4770097 before dispatch. Calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
  • Same-Day Delivery (Lahore Only): Available at additional cost.
  • Express Delivery: Available across Pakistan with adjusted shipping rates.

Note: Deliveries are managed by third-party courier services. autozspark.com is not liable for any delays, damages, or packaging issues during transit. However, we welcome customer feedback and will strive to resolve complaints in good faith, without legal obligation.

2.1 Returns & Exchange Policy

We understand that products may not always meet expectations. Our team is committed to resolving such concerns promptly and professionally.

2.2 Return Window

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of order receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Products returned in damaged or unresalable condition will not be accepted.
  • Customers must ship returns at their own cost using a traceable courier or registered post.

2.3 Faulty Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at +92 302 4770097. Faulty items must be reported and returned within 3 days, with all original packaging and accessories intact.

Approval or rejection of such returns is at the sole discretion of autozspark.com, based on the condition of the returned item and adherence to policy guidelines.

2.4 Exchanges

Exchange requests (e.g., size, color, or model) are subject to product availability and seller discretion. Processing may take 5–7 working days, with delivery in another 7–9 working days.

2.5 Return of Seal-Packed Products

Products with sealed packaging are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances. Once opened, they are deemed used and cannot be refunded or replaced.

Customers are advised to inspect the item thoroughly before breaking the seal.

2.6 Return of Genuine Auto Spare Parts

Genuine auto spare parts are non-returnable once purchased. If seal-packed, they cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Please verify compatibility with your vehicle before unsealing or installation.

3.1 Refund Policy

Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 15 to 30 days and transferred to the customer’s bank account.

If a return is declined, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.

All applicable bank charges, shipping costs, and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are non-negotiable, and autozspark.com’s decisions are final and legally binding.

3.2 Return Policy for Electrical Components

All electrical items are strictly non-returnable.

  • Buyers must confirm product specifications before purchasing.
  • If exceptional approval is granted, the item must be unused, with an intact seal.
  • No warranties are provided for electrical items under any condition.
  • By purchasing, the buyer agrees to these non-negotiable terms.

4.2 Non-Refundable Delivery Charges

In cases where the return is due to a change of mind or mistaken order, delivery charges (typically PKR 500) will not be refunded. Refunds on delivery charges will only be offered when the issue lies with us (e.g., faulty or incorrect items).
